Making Marshmellow Catapults with Evie

Today as part of our homework sharing time, Evie taught the class to make marshmellow catapults.  She brought all the supplies and step by step demonstrated how to make them.  Thank you Evie - everyone enjoyed this so much!

Farewell to Wendy

Today we farewelled Wendy with a shared lunch.  She has been in Room 10 for four months and is now heading back to China.  All the best Wendy - we have loved having you in Room 10.

Octacan

Room 10 managed to collect 55 cans for Octacan!  What compassionate people we have in our classroom.

Speech Finals

Well done to Archie, Liam and Evie who competed in the finals of the oral language competition today.  Liam and Evie both picked up 3rd place in their year group.  You all did Room 10 proud!

Dress Up Day

Dress Up Day

This Friday is Dress-Up Day.  Room 10 voted on a theme and the winner was 'Pyjamas'.  Each student needs to bring a sweet treat (chocolate, lollies, truffles, biscuits) that can be used as raffles for the Quiz night coming up on Monday 25th June.  Quiz tickets are available to buy from the school office for $5 per member and you can have between 4 - 6 members in your team.
